Terms and Conditions

  1. Cancellation Policy:

    • A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations. If a cancellation is made within 24 hours of the scheduled clean, full payment will be required.

  2. Reduction of Booked Hours:

    • Customers must notify the company at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled clean if they wish to reduce their booked hours.

  3. Payment:

    • Payment must be made within 24 hours of the cleaning service being carried out.

  4. Access to Property:

    • If the cleaning team is unable to gain access to the property as previously agreed, full payment will be required after a 10-minute leeway period.

  5. Cleaning Equipment:

    • Customers are required to provide a vacuum and mop. If the company needs to supply these, customers must inform the company in advance.

  6. Liability and Insurance:

    • The company holds public liability insurance; however, it is not responsible for accidental damage unless proven to be caused by negligence.

    • The company is not liable for pre-existing damage or wear and tear.

  7. Reporting Issues or Damages:

    • Customers must report any issues or damages within 12 hours of the cleaning service being carried out.

  8. Dissatisfaction with Service:

    • If a customer is dissatisfied with the service, they must notify the company within 12 hours of the clean being carried out.

    • The company will attempt to resolve the issue, which may include a re-clean or a partial refund, at the company's discretion.

By booking a cleaning service with the company, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
